We are looking to get some UCC stats under the Dashboard --> UCC tab of the controlller. However, so far nothing is popping up there. This is not the SDN API method, just the traditional controller method.
We have enabled the real time analysis of voice calls as that was onr of the requirements.

I did not add the classify-media to all traffic, I created a new Policy to match SIP traffic and did a classify-media there.
Then in the User Roles I positioned this Policy in the top position.
