    Hello,

We have a new location that has 3 floors that we will deploying IAP 105's with Airwave. So far we have determined that 17 AP's will be needed. I know that there is a limit of 15 AP's to a VC but can multiple VC's be installed to handle more than 15 AP's or is a controller needed?

    Thanks,

There is no longer a cap of 16 APs per cluster.  Add that 17th one to the same VC and all will be good.

To add, if you have IAP-92 or IAP-93s, the limit is still 16.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is there a cap on the number of AP's per cluster at all now?

Thee is no hard cap outside of the IAP 92/93, but always use good networking common sense to limit the total number of clients on that layer 2 network segment.
