Wireless Access

i have a simple question, i have doing a simulation with viasual RF plan, when i want see the heat map, for the coverage of the ap, i see three colors, red green and light blue.

now, the areas that have the light blue color, are areas good ?
what is the speed in these areas?
are these areas acceptable?

notes.

i use rf Plan version 7.4.0
and the access points are the 105 AP.
i use both radio frequencies 2.4 and 5 ghz.

The red orange and green indicate signal strength of -45, -55 and -65 and should give you connectivity. The blue is -75 and won't give you very good signal as indicated by the signal strength mentioned above.
