VisualRF Plan 7.7

i have a problem in my visualRF 7.7,i cant use the edit menu its always say that floor editing is locked even though i already unlock the editing menu

any advice?

I would suggest to update AirWave. AiRwave 7.7 is out of support since 1st of July 2015.

It could be a Browser or Flash issue.

I haven´t seen any related issue in the last 7.7.x version Release Notes or in the 8.0.3 Release Notes.

 

Since 8.x of AirWave we move to HTML5 version of VisualRF, so be aware of supporting Browsers.

Sorry, I realized you are using standalone Tool VisualRF.

You will find Release Notes while clicking on the link below.

Best would be to donwload latest version which is 8.0_rc1_b496 from support page:

You only have access to that section if you have a valid Support Contract.

So how to get the valid contract support sir? Join the member or something
else?

Hi,

 

If you dont have access to support, register. Normally it will take four working days to get access.

 

Call support to check the status.

thanks sir but i have another problem.

when register new account on the email column its always failed they say
the domain for the email is not valid even thought
i fill in with this email account.
any solution sir?
