    Hi,

We have two SSIDs in our environment:

SSID 1: Corporate network - WPA2 Enterprise - IAS authentication

    SSID 2: Guest network - WPA-PSK

We are having an issue with WIndows 7 laptops. They can connect fine to the Corporate network (SSID 1) and work away happily. If they then connect to the Guest network (SSID 2) this works fine.

The problem is if they try to go back to the Corporate network (SSID 1) the client will not connect, it will just get a WIndows error / troubleshoot message. To fix we need to delete the wireless network on the client in "Manage wireless networks" and re-create, sometimes requiring a reboot.

This issue does not occur in XP. The SSIDs are coming off the same controllers and APs. Could anyone suggest a reason and/or fix for this?

    Thanks

Are you just using windows to manage the wireless settings, or does this laptop have its own app to manage wireless?

We are using the native WIndows 7 wireless networks program

Your version of ArubaOS is old.  I would consider upgrading that AND the drivers of the wireless cards of your clients.
