Hi guys,
I'm trying to update WLC 7010 Master from 8.0.0.0 to 8.0.1.1 (and as a final step move to 8.2.0.x)
8.0.0.0 - AP point registration works fine
8.0.1.1 - AP does not register (8.2.0.x -the same issue)
AP ip = 10.30.100.125
WLC VIP = 10.30.100.124
Packets coming into WLC:

What I grabbed from wireshark: when AP establishes GRE tunnel controller responds with ICMP unreachable (276-277 packets).
Syslog:
AP 9c:1c:12:c1:c2:8a. MM doesn't support AP redirect or termination
Could it be causer that this WLC was a backup master before and I moved it to a separate vlan and wlc currebtly has no licence?
Do you have any any idea what the issue can be?
