    i need to upgred my WLC 620 i  need version 6.0.2.0 how can i get thet version  and what is the procedure of downlod and upgred the WLC

    The release notes doc in that directory explains the upgrade process.

    You need a support account otherwise you wont be able to download.

     

    Go to http://support.arubanetworks.com/

    And the register... they will ask you i think the serial number of your controller, and you need to have a valid support for that controller(i mean that the support hasnt expired yet).   Then they will take like 2 days in giving you access i think

    After registering and all that... then you should be able to access Tim`s link.

    Without an account you just got access to the KB i think

    go to the page Carlos posted and click Register, follow the steps and wait for your account. once you have the account you can login and go to Download Software.
