I do not know about the third harmonic. If you have a spectrum analyzer, you could certainly put the issue to rest. With regards to the phones specifically, however, you can look at the Aruba Guide to Roaming devices to get parameters to optimize your phones so that they work their best here: http://www.arubanetworks.com/pdf/technology/DG_Roaming.pdfIt could be something besides the Telemetry system.
