    We are trying to redirect users logged in the Captive Portal to a company website, we use the welcome page settings, but we are not getting it to work, what could be the additional configuration needed.

    Do you have the "show welcome page" enabled in the Captive Portal profile?   Does it not work for any clients?    Can you share your captive portal profile?

     

    show aaa authentication captive-portal <Name-of-Profile>

    The welcome page needs to start with http:// or https:// , so your google welcome page would be http://www.google.com
