Hi , we plan to upgrade the controller OS. PLease advise

    1. How long is the network down time?

    2. If there is a problem with the new OS, can we fall back to the current version?

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for your kind reply.

Will the AP firmware also be auto updated ? The same controller can support AP 135 and AP225 simultanouslly if controller OS version is higher than 6.3?

Yes, same time and both will run on the same controller above AOS 6.3.

    Thanks.

Before upgrading OS, we will do the backup.  If we do backup flash, does it mean backup the configuration and also the OS?

And if your APs and current firmware support AP pre-loading that 20 minutes could easily be cut in half.
