    Hi,

     

    In AAA profile we have assigned deny all role but still we are getting request on radius. I guess all requst need to block in deny all role.

    (We have configured deny any services in deny all role)image.png

    What devices are your clients authenticating against? Is it a CPPM as per the screenshot? The returned Aruba-User-Role in CPPM will take preference over the Default role in the AAA profile.

    The roles refer to the user roles given to the user and subsequent access.  The authentication itself is done by the controller on behalf of the user.

     

    As zalion0 mentioned, if you are not returning an Aruba-User-Role VSA then the users will be in a denyall role.
