All you need is the default 802.1X role or the default psk to be the VOIP role

Re: What is the best scenario to design and configurations for VOIP coverage?

It won't roam properly between the two , no information will be exchange between the two systems . Once
And the assoc / Auth and the keying process will have to start all over again.

To avoid any issues you should have those separated .

Unfortunately, this cannot be done. You will need to explain to the customer that it is two different vendors and you will not be able to roam between the two.
