What is the difference between AppFR and AirWave?

    1.- What is the difference between AppFR and AirWave?

    2.- In AppFR I can see user reports?

    AppRF is one feature on the controller that does deep packet inspection to identify applications in use. You can drill down to individual users. It is a snapshot of the current traffic tranversing the controller so you are not going to get a historical view or be able to create reports on it. That is where Airwave comes in.

     

    Airwave is a full blown network monitoring solution that does far more than just AppRF. Specifically for AppRF though you can see all the same data from the controller but it stores the data long-term and you can create reports on it.
