    Hi All,

     

    Could someone please help me out with this issue

     

     

    There’s an issue with the whitelist on our 6.4 environment – page 20 reports null. Apparently these entries are on the db but not viewable on the GUI.

     

    This page 20 reflects the MAC ranges near our current batch of APS so I am unable to manually change these new APs/RAPs on the GUI at the moment.

     

     

    Does anyone know of this error message and how I can remove it?

    I have never seen that. Did you try clearing the browser cache? Which browser are you using and which version of ArubaOS?

    Hi Colin,

     

    The version is 6.4.2.6. This is happening across all controllers (master and local) at one of my clients sites.

    Is there any reason why this is happening?

    I do not.  You should open a TAC case to see if you have a new issue that we have never seen before.
