    Good afternoon,

    We possess one Aruba3600, which authenticates users on a our in AD.
    Some users end up falling into the blacklist weekly, due from any configuration of your OS.
    I wonder if there is the option of a whitelist of users with MAC, for example, so that we can include these users from falling over in the blacklist.

    No.  You have to fix your blacklist rule, or the thing that is causing them to get blacklisted.
