Wi-Fi access rule

    I'm trying to add an access rule to allow access to the the following link but nothing seems to allow access.  I've tried adding Any, Allow,  Domain.  I tried Any, Allow, Network and putting in the IP address.  I've tried HTTP, Allow, To a Domain name.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Any help would be appreciated.

     

    shared2.customers.partnersoft.com

    You need to make sure you also allow , DHCP , DNS and HTTP/HTTPS > shared2.customers.partnersoft.com

    Thanks, we determined it was our Barracuda web security causing the issues.
