I have a issue with polycom users on the aruba 3200 controller, via Lync 2010.
When they recieve calls they experience kind of lagging the first couple of seconds. After that it works smooth.
Is there any good way to log traffic from a particular client to analyze the packets?

Best way is to setup a packet capture to a remore host.
Hope the link works.
Might also take a look at your policies and make sure that you don't have a long list of policies before it hits an accept statment for voice traffic. Turn off ARM scanning while using VoIP.
