I am setting up wifi at a secondary site and need to know if a IAP-215 will integrate with my IAP-115 virtual controller at my main site.  Any challenges to this setup?

Typically IAPs need to be on the same management subnet.  Will both sites have the same layer 2 subnet?

Sorry I phrased this poorly.  If i wanted to keep the two IAP-215 at my main site, which has a IAP-115 controller, will this be possible.

Yes.  They all need to be running the same version of code.  Beware that the IAP-115 is end of sale http://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/support/EOS_Notice_110_Series.pdf  That will limit in the future how far you will be able to upgrade the code on it to match the cluster.
