Hey, are you certain this is an issue with the Aruba deployment as this appears to be a software issue? We will need further info such as the set up, SSID configuration, authentication methods and so on.

So there could be quite a few issues, a good starting point to check:

    - Are the VLAN's correctly defined on the controller and network?

    - Is DHCP working as expected?

    - Can the controller communicate with the RADIUS server?

    - Is the client being rejected by the RADIUS server?

Do you see anything in the logs?

show log all | include XXXX (where XXX is the MAC of the device)

    -yes, the VLAN it's Correctly

    - Is DHCP working as expected?

    - The DHCP working on other device like android, windows 7, linux

    - Can the controller communicate with the RADIUS server?

    - the radius can communicater

    - Is the client being rejected by the RADIUS server?

    - i check on the tab maintenance, and username have accepted on the client

    so, whats the problem ?

So when you look at the user-table (show user-table) do you see the client connected? Do you see anything in the logs?

Try setting up a user-debug too and see if this yields any clues.

#logging level debugging user-debug XXX (XXX is the MAC)
