Hi,

:smileyhappy:

You may read the info in the following line:

http://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/interoperability/

*What AOS (version) installed on the 3200 controller?

*Do you have PEFNG installed on this 3200? (it's might be the reason for the  " Voice Services Module" is disabled)

u can see what licenses are installed on the controller via cli:

Just type "show keys" at the commandline
and printout the output here. :smileyhappy: and i will assist you to understand if everything fine.

If you have version 3.3 u may need another license module: (why don't u upgrade to a new AOS and buy pefng license?)

Yes/No - you will need to buy a new licenses (PEFNG)

and regarding your question - those days there is no LIC-VOC module in the pricelist so the voip handling capabilities are already implanted. (NEW AOS needed + PEFNG)

Hi,

If you would like to add muscles and abilities to your aruba controller and have the ability to spread and control different services over the wifi it better to have PEFNG installed.

It's not just a firewall it's handling all the control of different services\limitations we offer to our clients over the Wi-Fi

(bandwidth/protocol/application/qos/timing/security and much much more - u really become a magician :smileywink: )
