Wireless connection in Windows XP SP3 without logging on

Hello All,

Does anyone know, if it's possible to let a laptop, with XP_SP3 installed on it, autoconnect to a Wireless network broadcasted by an Aruba 3600 controller, RAP or Campus AP?

I mean, is it possible to have a connection to the WLAN on the laptop without being logged on to the laptop?

Thanks and best regards

Yes,

That is called "Machine Authentication".  You can do a search on the forums for Machine Authentication to see how it is done.  A good article about it is here:  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Authentication-and-Access/802-1x-Machine-Authentication-Using-Aruba-3600-Controllers-and/m-p/28250/highlight/true#M470
