Zebra S4M printer cannot connect to 6.3.1.13

    Has anyone else managed to get a Zebra S4M printer to connect to 6.3.x using dot1x?

     

    We have these things working fine using EAP-TLS on 6.1.3.4, but seems they cannot connect to 6.3.1.13.

     

    They continually go through the eap process over and over and eventually timeout and start it all over again.  Even now and then it seems like they get authenticated, then they immediately dissassociated themselves and go through the whole process again and again.

     

    TAC can't see what the issue is and is compounded by the fact that all of a sudden one will connect, then the next day it is gone again.

     

    Unfortunately, it is looking like we need to regress back to 6.1.3.4

    Unfortunately we have had to roll back to 6.1.3.4.  The printers connected again just fine.

     

    Further research needed, but will report back if TAC manage to find anything.
