I understand that the default timeout value for the "auth server timeout" is 10 minutes and I also understand how it will mark a server down for this amount of time. I'm looking to understand best practice on this one as 10 minutes seems a bit high for our network. If server A fails, and server B (less priority) takes over, but then server A recovers 2 minutes later - it will still send all RADIUS requests to server B until the timer expires. Again, 10 minutes seems a bit long - we were looking to reduce this to 3-5 minutes.

    Suggestions? Thoughts?
