airwave CPU cores / high usage %

    We are running airwave on a Hyperv 2012r2 cluster with 32 floor plans and 120 APs. we have around 600 concurrent users on the wireless and are seeing the airwave server CPU around 80+% load, is this normal?(RTLS is running) I was seeing this with 8 cores and same results with 12 cores? do i need to add more (got plenty)

     

    CPU
    Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X7550 @ 2.00GHz 12 Cores 18432 KB cache (1995.014 MHz actual)

    Memory
    Installed Physical RAM: 31.35 GB
    Configured Swap Space: 4.00 GB

    You should open a TAC case so that they can diagnose your specific issue.  We would just be guessing what the problem is...
