    Hi Friend,

     

    It is very difficult to help you without the problem description,

     

    Please enable user-debug logs and share.

     

    for your ref :

     

    1. run, "logging level debugging user-debug <MAC address of the win 7 client>

     

    2. run "show log user-debug all"

     

    please share the above required output so that I can understand the issue.

     

    please feel free for any further help on this.
