and/or interface 0/0 has changed: Change type is 2 ? -What does it mean?

I have just been viewing the Local events on the gui and keep seeing a reference to

 

User with MAC address 00:23:14:cd:9c:34 and IP address ##.##.##.##.##. from (BSSID 6c:f3:7f:3a:a6:98,AP [Name])and/or interface 0/0 has changed: Change type is 2

 

Can anyone indicate to me what this is?

That is a change type trap.  The MIB guide has this:
