trying to run 40MHz channels and our new 325 ap's are stuck on ch 36

we have the starting channel set to 36 with 40MHz width, and all non DFS channels enabled in the Regulatory Domain along with the 40MHz pairs.

our other ap's seem to work fine

    125, 135, 175, 225, 275, 277

it's a valid channel, but i was hoping that ARM would use 44+, 149+ and 157+ as well.  like it does for the other style ap's.  right now we deploy a group of 325's and they all come up on 36+ and stay there with arm reducing there power as much as allowed.  we have left the devices to make changes for over 72 hours and they still won't change channels on there own, just power.

And the group the 325s are in have ARM enabled, or are sharing the same ARM profile as your other APs?

    Well you have a choice:

We can take tons of guesses about why it is not changing channel, or you can open a TAC case and they can dig into it more deeply specific to your circumstances.  There are plenty of AP325s that are deployed that are not on channel 36.  Please open a TAC case in parallel so that they can find out why yours are on channel 36.  It could be a bug or corner case, but it is difficult to tell from here.

At off hours try disabling client-aware and see if that helps

What version of AOS are you running ?
