How to prevent the Aruba AP report to other controller when blackout?

E.g Controller A and B was manage by different IT person incharge but it was on same segment VLAN network.

Because the Aruba AP suppose have to report to Controller A, but when blackout all the AP on controller A was report to controller B. How to prevent this?

You can Provision an AP to only go to a single controller by provisioning its server ip address to be the ip address of the controller you always want it to go to.  Unfortunately that means that AP cannot "see" or discover any other controllers, so that there is no redundancy beyond that single controller.

    Hi Joseph,

Already did that, IP address on the master i'm already put that controller IP address. But the problem still the same.

If you have an LMS and backup LMS in your AP system profile pointing to the other controller, the APs will still try to find that other controller.  You would have to remove them.

LMS and Backup LMS in the AP profile setting was empty all the while and doesn't configure it. What is the other possibities cause the AP report to other controller?

Do you have VRRP configured on your controllers? If the AP pointing to the VRRP address and then is the VRRP address moving between controllers? Also worth checking if you have ADP enabled and if any host entries have been set up for aruba-master

It is much harder to guess on this forum what your issue could be.  It is easier for you to open a TAC case, so that they can look at your tech support and narrow it down.  Your controllers and infrastructure could be configured in a number of ways for your behavior to happen, unfortunately.
