    Hello, I do the update to 6.3.1.5, when I try to go to the maintenance tab I received this message: can't do cli: SID Validation failed.

     

    Somebody can help me?

    Yes, with IE work, but can I do something for Firefox work?

    Try turning off compatibility mode in firefox and see if that helps

    Try clearing your web content cache (options/advanced/network). This fixed this issue for me on this version.

    Usually after an upgrade you should clean the cache of the browser

    Clearing the cache of Firefox was the solution in my environment. Thanks.

    I have the same problem with 6.3.1.5 version. I received same error message when ı try to access maintenance tab

    I'm getting this everytime I log into to customers device remotely through JunOS sessions. There isn't an option to clear the cache within the JunOS portal and clearing the cache on the browser doesnt help. Any ideas?

    good question, i have the same issue going through a Juniper MAG (SSL VPN device), anyway to solve that?

    Has there been any update on this issue...when connecting through a Juniper SSL VPN connection?

    you do mean a juniper MAG SSL portal approach right? not the full VPN, that would be a different situation.

     

    for the MAG SSL portal it seems the rewriting fails. Juniper can fix this if they get access to a device and can do their debuging.

     

    another work around is to do direct access, bypassing rewriting which is discused here:

    Thanks for the response. I needed access to the customers network to grab the config off of an Aruba controller. Since fixing this issue is outside of the scope of work, I just downloaded the Pulse client and connected that way. We may have to re-visit the issue at a later date for the customer.
