Hello, I need to rename a device (AP103) from its MAC address to a defined name in our system. Cannot do this, get the following error: "The action is not applicable to the following devices since IGC enabled: 84:d4:7e:XX:XX:XX"

What is the cause of this problem and how to resolve? If you have any idea, please let me know

    Yes it is.

I found out how to change in the end - need to go to the VC and than able to change the name.
