does arubaOS cache any user credentials

    Hello, an associate has changed their AD password. They now cannot authenticate to the corporate wifi.

    Have run out of ideas - presumably Aruba doesn't store anything ?

    Did the user forget the network on their device?

    unfortunately that option isn't available  (policy is locking it down)

    You'll need to unlock the policy and clear the credentials. The devices are
    the ones that cache.
