exporting BoM failing

    Hi all, I have Visual RF version 7.0.1. It used to be that when I clicked on a floor plan and choose to view the BOM I got a pop up window asking me to save or open the file. This allowed me to open it in word. This was ok until this afternoon (worked fine this morning) since then I am no longer getting the option to save it, the BOM is opening within the visual RF plan window with no icon or chance to save. I went through what ever settings I could to see if there was a tick box somewhere that needed ticking etc but to no avail. Can anyone help to rectify this issue? Also what is the latest version of theVisual RF planner? many thanks.

    The current version of VisualRF available on the Airwave support site is 7.3.0. I would suggest you upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of fixes, and this may also fix you current issue.

    I would definitely recommend upgrading. You can also get the tool at http://support.arubanetworks.com/DOWNLOADSOFTWARE/tabid/75/DMXModule/510/Default.aspx?EntryId=4830.
