how do you configure the certificate to work with MAC books

    I have a limited user group has macbook pros and they are all experiencing issues connecting to the network even though there crednetials are correct. I've read it could possibly be a certificate issue, but I would like some guidance on this. Thank you

    We need a lot more information.



    - What authentication method is in use?

    - What authentication server are you using?

    - What version of Mac OS?



    Also, have you reached out to your Aruba partner?

    Thank you for the response. The MAC is running Lion OS. I found that a profile has to be built for the MAC users and then updated on the respective devices in order to move forward.

    What type of encryption and what credentials are they using?

    We have many mac shops connecting successfully regardless of the encryption or credential type...
