Looks like you can add 7 more CAPs. After that, you will need to get more licensing, or another controller, likely to put RAPs on the 3600 and your CAPs on the new controller. How many more APs are you needing to add?

The supported count is 128 APs, OR 512 RAPs. Each CAP counts as qty4 RAPs. So you can do the math to figure out how many more licenses you will need based on the CAPs you need to add.

From 6.3 and above, the supported number of CAP is the same as the number of RAPs.

how do you get 260 licensed APs on a 3600 which only support 128 according to the data sheet?

and why does the data sheet still mention 512 RAPs if that isn't the case anymore from 6.3?
