iOS Blank Certificate Prompt

    We have a WPA2/AES network using a GeoTrust certificate on an IAS server. Most users have no problems authenticating and accessing the network.

     

    I have though received occassional complaints from folks regarding iOS and a blank certificate prompt. This issue predates the current iOS release and has been shown to continue in the current release. Apparently the users who experience this issue only do so very infrequently. 

     

    Has anyone else seen anything like this?

    Ugh...is this all iOS7?  I've seen that too.  Hold the home button and power button for 10 sec to perform a hard reset...additionally, the "reset network settings" under general settings may be required.  Happened to me once.  Never came back.
