    Hello there

Having an issue with iPhone 6 devices (managed by Blackberry UEM device) accessing our Captive Portal via Chrome.

The Phone is using a Blackberry VPN and I think the reason it cant connect to the Captive Portal is because the Phone is putting all traffic down the VPN.

We have captive portal there for a reason, to capture user email details, contact details etc....but what would be a way around this  so that we can get these new iPhones onto the Guest internet?

    Many Thanks

If there is a VPN acl being allowed in the 'logon' role, please remove it and see if that fixes it..

our logon role allows the following firewall policies:

    logon-control

    captive-portal

    so nothin VPN related

Find out what traffic is being passed by that VPN. Logon-Control does allow a von protocol.

The VPN passes everything in Chrome. That is the only browser allowed on the iPhone. So when the user attempts to connect to the Captive Portal, it attempsts to VPN it.
