Hi All,
We are facing issues with sppedteston wireless with aruba ap´s 105 ans 7200 controller.
Link to the internet is 50mbps and we are getting only 3-4 mbps on wireless.
What could be the issue?
Aruba is connected to the " internet HP Switch" that connects to Fortinet firewall.
I could send you the scheme of the network
Config attached..
Regards
We need more information:
- How many access points?
- What version of ArubaOS
- What encryption are your clients using?
- How many SSIDs
- Did you do an internal speedtest
- What client did you do the speedtest with?

I see that on the community but seems not doing nothing put on the vap droping broadcast
@cjoseph wrote:Are you dropping broadcasts in your Virtual Aps on those two SSIDS?
@cjoseph wrote:You need to put "drop broadcast and multicast" on BOTH of your virtual Aps.Are you testing with an 802.11n client? How many users are connected to that access point when you are testing? Are your access points connected to gigabit ethernet ports?
for today the wireless ssid´s are restricted only to a few test users.
i will check tomorrow if i Put on both drop broadcast and multicast...
yes i am testing with an n Client and Ap´s are connected gigabit
Option OK on both SSid´s
link over the wired 50mbps
link on wireless 4 to 6 mbps
This is strange.
Aruba is connected on gi 0/0/1 to a procurve switch ( force 100 full). Then this switch is connected to Fortinet
Do you see any errors on the Aruba or procurve interfaces? type show interface on the Aruba side to make sure it did not negotiate poorly or have any errors.
Gi on Aruba seems ok...
its already open.
fixed on both sides
all saying not enforced..

Now looking at that image, there are 77809 input errors, 77809 CRC errors on that interface.
That is your probem.
I would check/ the cable between the controller and the switch...
done.
Port on the procurve switch was set to auto...
Aruba was forced at 100 mbps full.
Problem solved! auto on both ends!
Thanks cjoseph
