    hello, 

     

    we are reciveing the following error from our guest portal when someon e tries to log in, since i am new to this controller and this system i have looked at the knowledge base and googled this error.

     

    with the suggestions i read about this does not resolve the issue, i ask for some assitance with this issue.

    Has this ever worked?

    When did it stop working?

    Find out what changes were made.

    The message typically means incorrect preshared key between the radius server and the controller.
