is there an easy way to tell if a 3200 has the extended memory?

either 3200 xm or if it has the required memory to be an XM from the CLI or GUI?

On the cli, type "show memory".  The XM should have 2gig of memory.  The 3200 should have 1 gig or less.   Edit.  Please see below:

Edit:

1. Show memory command output:

(Aruba3200) #show memory

Memory (Kb): total: 354048, used: 261916, free: 92132

Below is the CLI output from a 3200 after the memory upgrade not 3200XM hardware.

(Aruba3200XM) #show memory

Memory (Kb): total: 691968, used: 456660, free: 235308

Above you can note two things: Total and Free memory:

Total: 354048Kb for 3200 without extended memory
Total: 691968Kb for 3200XM with extended memory
