In  L2  deployment while creating Vlans on controller do we need to put IP addresses for the Vlans?

No, you do not need an IP.  However, if you wan to do Captive Portal, you will need an IP on the controller for the user VLAN.

Intervlan routing should be disabled in this case ?

I do not believe this matters since the controller will not have an IP in that VLAN.  For the L2 VLANs, L3 routing will be done on the upstream device not the controller.
