I want to replace my older APs 105, 93 and 135 with newer AP 215 and 225. Will my old licensing work if I swap out or am I required to buy more licenses etc?

If I use my old APs as AirMonitors, do those require licensing/special licensing?

Licenses are tied to the controller. Your new APs should work without issue.

Any special licensing for air monitors?

No, just uses an AP license.
