locate and install VisualRF on my Win7 64-bit.

    Hi,

     

    I am new to Aruba and want to install VisualRF on my Win7 64-bit laptop. Can't quite locate it from the Aruba website and would like to know if there is any dependence to install it. Thanks in advance.

    You'll need to have a valid support contract or be a partner. It'll be located under support.arubanetworks.com under airwave

    Yes. I work for Verizon and we are a partner of Aruba. One time I can locate it and failed to install it. Now, I can't even locate it through their partner support site. BTW, do I need to install installAnywhere to install VisualRF on my laptop? Thanks,

    You shouldn't need anything else other than IE and Java to be able to use VisualRF Plan.

     

    On the support site, you should see the latest VRF Plan installer when you navigate to Download Software -> AirWave -> VisualRF Plan.

    Thanks. I do locate and download it. Window can't open it. Do you know what progame can help open and install it on my laptop?

    Does it have a file extension? I've seen cases where it gets stripped. Add .exe to the filename then launch it.
