As i had installed AP-121 but few of the APs are not broadcasting g-Ht band

as the o/p of 1 ap-121 >sh ap bss-table

with a security certificate

You should try recreating a parallel SSID with the WLAN/LAN Wizard from scratch to ensure that everything is configured properly.
