I'm seeing at a customers site that if the person has never logged into the device before than the device has to be wired first or they receive an error "no login servers available"  and from there on they can log into it wirelessly.

Is the supplicant configured for computer + user authentication? Do you have a policy configured on your RADIUS server to handle machine authentications?

Thanks for the response I was guessing that it had to do with the Radius server becuse in the Virtual controller I just connected the radius server to the controller for Auth on that SSID.

I will have to look at the Radius server to see if there is a poiicy to handle machine auth.

Be sure to configure the clients for computer + user as well. It's recommended to do this via Group Policy.
