How To use Port forwarding to assigned public ip using Aruba controller

Are you talking Destination NAT from client to the Internet?  Or are you talking inbound traffic TO THE controller?

What specifically are you trying to do?

yes we have activated NAT but we want to forward trafic of port ex https to port on the internet nated to public ip where source nat is activated

I am not sure if having Source NAT enabled on that interface will take precendence over a firewall policy for that user role.  However, if you are willing to test, the syntax would be below.  The below will take user traffic to any destination on port 443 and use a NAT pool as well as change 443 to 4343 on the outbound.

ip access-list session <policy name>

alias "user" any "svc-https" dual-nat pool "pool-name" 4343 

something weird happens with me i apply the command but it's appear to be invalid command

Did you configure a NAT pool?  The "pool-name" should be whatever NAT pool you have defined.  Keep in mind that this is only an assumption and not a tested and known config.
