    Dear,

    we have a customer with old controllers (6000 M3) with release 6.3.1.21.

    Suddenly last week, the RAPs stopped working. The end-customer has a new wireless infrastructure, but for his VIA and his RAPs he is using his old controllers (RAP2 and RAP5)

    now they are receiving following error:

    Aug 10 09:50:55 :103063:  <DBUG> |ike|  81.165.19.32:49193->    40: At Thu Aug 10 09:50:53:  iCookie dd21b4e1a2f761c3 rCookie 15862750d821eb23 error type AUTHR_IN  error ERR_CERT_EXPIRED

    On the controller, all certificates are valid untill 2018, The weird thing is that we have a master master setup and when we failover to the standby master, the RAPS are active again, the certificates are the same, etc...

    Unfortunately they don't have the VIA license on the back-up so we prefer to have all active on the primary master.

    Anyone any idea?

    Kind regards,

    Please open a TAC case in parallel to this post.  There is much more detail that we need to determine what is going wrong here.

    I am experiencing the same problem too.  What did you do to resolve it?  This is happening with old used 125s.  They have an older imagine than our 125s we currently use.

    Please open another thread.  This thread is almost three years old.  "I am experiencing the same issue" does not mean the same thing after 3 years.
