setup Arupa 105 issue

    im new here  i just need to setup my new Arupa 105 IAp . i conected the AP to the power kit and with two cat 6 cables one to the Ap And othe one to the router .

     

    the power led In falshing  green

    the Enet led Falshing  with Amber

     

    i cant see  instant Wireless Network to conect .

     

    Kindly help

    Hi,

     

    Before all did you reset the IAP to the factory default ? if yes. please console the IAP and see whether it is getting any IP ?

     

    BTW it is not arupa IAP it is Aruba IAP :)

     

    Please feel free to get back to get the solution.

    Can you console into the iAP and provide the output during the AP boot process?

    Hi, it's commonly happens when iAP didn't got IP address. Just check whether ur device IP or not.

    Are you using VLAN's with your wifi?

     

    I've had this issue in the past when my switch ports were not tagged properly for the VLAN.  As others have said it was not getting the proper DHCP information and wasn't on the same VLAN as my controller.
