the AP175 this locked

    I have a AP175, which is locked. I can not get access through the usb cable, the problems began as follows.
    This new, the parent recognized him, gave him the basic configurations, but we worked for 2h. Then I began to restart only with ever shorter intervals, until no more appears on the controller.
    We are trying to factory reset, but we have no positive results.
    You can do?
    Can you help?

    If this is a controller-based system, type "show log system 50" to see what is happening on the controller's SSH terminal.\

    I have 08 AP175 07 are ok.
    The one defective, is connected to a POE Isolated, USB access attempt does not work.
    Only one LED lights P / S.

    Note: The longer worked for a few hours plugged into the controller

    Did you install the USB driver for your laptop?
