version difference between Mobiliti Master and Managed Devices

    Hi,

     

    how far appart may software versions of mobility master and managed devices be?

    MM is already running at 8.3.0.1. Was upgraded to 8.3 short bevore general availability for 8.2.1.1 was reached.

    We now would like to stay at 8.2.1.1 with managed devices without downgrading the MM and backup MM.

    Is this ok?

    (currently having issues to add a 8.2.1.1 md to the system. will investigate further after we know, if this is allowed.)

    That should be fine , the most important thing is to have your MM running a higher code and not the other way around

    Hi,

     

    just for the record: TAC does not see an issue in having controllers at 8.2.1.1 and MM at 8.3.0.1
