    Considering a warehouse with dimensions 400 x 400 x 45 ( L x B x H) in feet how many AP-93 will be sufficient to cover the entire warehouse (assuming warehouse is empty) ?

    When we put metal racks of 10 feet height and distance between two racks is 4 feet ;

    what precautions need to be taken while providing solution for such scenario?

    What area  one AP-93 or AP-105 can cover ( radius) ?

    It strictly depends on the environment.  The document goes into detail about that.

    YMMV, but one of our stores is 400x200x35 with 10 foot shelves, and we can light it up with as few as 5 AP93 with some issues near the floor between the shelves and poor coverage in the freezers.

    When we went to 10 AP93, all complaints vanished.

    I'd predict that you need as few as 10, but would recommend you plan for full shelves and do an actuall survey at some point.

    could be 30...

    We mounted them on the bottom of the trusses.

    The HVAC ducts are fabric, so there's essentially clear air -- and we wanted the APs to be able to have line-of-sight into as many aisles as possible.
